Return & Replacement Policy

At Gnack, we take immense pride in delivering premium, wholesome snacks crafted with care and precision. Every product is dispatched following stringent quality checks and best-in-class packaging practices. However, we understand that in exceptional situations, returns may be necessary.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only in rare and exceptional cases where the product is received in a spoilt, contaminated, or otherwise compromised condition.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- Same-Day Intimation: You must notify us via email on the same day of delivery at gnack@earthstreet.in.

Mandatory Evidence: Your return request must include:
- High-resolution photographs and videos clearly showing the spoilage
- Detailed written explanation of the issue encountered
- Independent laboratory test reports, if applicable
- Proof of appropriate storage conditions after receipt (e.g., temperature logs or images)
- Legal Standard of Proof: We reserve the right to accept returns only upon substantial and credible evidence that would be admissible in a court of law, demonstrating that the spoilage occurred prior to your receipt and not due to improper handling post-delivery.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind or personal dislike of taste/texture
- Delayed notification beyond the day of delivery
- Inadequate or missing evidence
- Improper storage after delivery
Review & Resolution
Once we receive your complaint and supporting documents, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough review. If your return is approved, we will initiate either a replacement or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.
