2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2โ€“4 business days
  • Non-metro areas: 4โ€“7 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier service operations or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or festivals).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above โ‚น449.
  • A flat fee of โ‚น75 applies to orders below โ‚น450.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional service charge of โ‚น30.
