1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If you’d like to request international shipping, please contact us at gnack@earthstreet.in, and we’ll do our best to assist.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier service operations or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or festivals).
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹449.
- A flat fee of ₹75 applies to orders below ₹450.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional service charge of ₹30.
5. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You may also track your order anytime under the “My Orders” section of your account on our website.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and assure you we’re always here to help in such cases.
